Sri Lanka is a year-round holiday destination. The country sees two monsoon seasons throughout the year. From May till September the north-eastern part of the country stays dry, while the south-western monsoon brings rain to the south-western part of the island. From October till March the south-western part of the country offers a perfect weather, while the north-eastern monsoon brings rain and winds to the north-eastern part of the island.
